This tranquil house is immaculate! Set in the hills about 15 minutes from Samara it is gloriously peaceful and quiet. Enter the house through a beautiful garden and the kitchen living room is a dream. Granite counter tops and a view over the valley make food preparation a delight. From the living room there are two bedrooms that share a nice bathroom, lots of storage space and closets for extra storage and, more, there is also a laundry room. The house has a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere which exudes every corner of the building! There is a large garage adjoining the driveway and all the pumps and drainage locations are neatly covered.
And last, but not least, another great feature is the diversity of fruit trees on the property: bananas, oranges, mandarines, mangos, limes, guanábanas, cashews. Just one of the perks from beautiful Costa Rica!
